Dos Valles is being developed on 293 hectares (724 acres) of land, of which only 123 (304 acres) are designated for residential lots. With spacious lots ranging from 900 m² (2952 sq ft.) to 2500 m² (8202 sq ft.), and frontages with a minimum of 20m (65ft.), the design provided by the master plan results in low density, promoting privacy, and respect for the environment.
The majority of the lots are flat, allowing for magnificent landscaping, while maintaining excellent views of the surrounding scenery. Most of the lots under development provide breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys. Dos Valles also offers countless opportunities for recreation with different types of sports grounds and amenities for social gatherings, exclusive to the community's members and friends. There are 114 hectares (282 acres) of land planned for preservation, which includes a large central native park, plazas, fields, and 30 km (18 mi) of hiking and mountain bike trails.
Dos Valles is building its utility networks underground, preserving the natural landscape and views. The safe, spacious gravel roads with controlled speed ensure the safety of children at play, pedestrians and cyclists. The plan also establishes an area open to the general public for commercial use, located alongside the gated residential area.
In Dos Valles, caring for the environment is a priority. Native species are protected in landscaping and sustainable habits are encouraged through fertilizer control, incentinves in the building code and rational water use, among other actions.
